Anniversary White Truffle Cupcakes

Well, I made my first round of cupcakes today. I made the Anniversary White Truffle Cupcakes and they ended up being pretty good. The frosting isn't as nearly good looking as it is in the picture, but is it ever? And the recipe was really easy to follow and I thought worked flawlessly, but as usual it took longer from start to finish than it said it would. They said 1 hour and 10 min., but it probably took about 2 hours My family also enjoyed them and thought they were delicious and very moist!
